Then we tell you, in writing, with the reasons — and you do not buy a pilot that would fail. You keep the discovery report either way.
Which AI models do you use?
Claude is our default — we are experts in the Anthropic ecosystem — but the architecture stays model-agnostic. EU-hosted or self-hosted setups where compliance requires it.
Who owns the IP?
You. Code, prompts, evaluation sets, infrastructure configuration — everything the Pod builds is yours, from the first commit.
What happens after the pilot?
Three options: the Pod continues on retainer, your team takes over (we hand off with docs and training), or both — a shrinking Pod while your people ramp up.
How can you promise a fixed price?
