1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

• Contact form data — name, e-mail address, company name and the content of your message, when you submit our contact form.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected automatically through server logs and, subject to your consent, analytics cookies.
• Business identification data — if you visit our site from one of our e-mail campaigns, a tracking script (Leadsy.ai) may associate your visit with your company based on your IP address and campaign parameters.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your inquiry and taking steps before entering into a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Analytics and site improvement (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) — your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Analytics scripts load only after you accept cookies.
• Measuring the effectiveness of our outreach campaigns (Leadsy.ai visit tracking) — our legitimate interest in marketing our services to businesses, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Security and abuse prevention (server logs) — our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use a cookie consent banner. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager) are set only after you click "Accept". You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies for this site.

The Leadsy.ai script identifies business visitors (company-level, not individual profiles) and is used solely to measure the effectiveness of our business outreach.

5. Data recipients

Your data may be processed by our service providers acting on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting,
• Google Ireland Ltd. — analytics (Google Analytics / Tag Manager),
• Google Ireland Ltd. (Gmail) — delivery of contact form messages to our inbox,
• Leadsy.ai — visit tracking for outreach campaigns.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (e.g. to the USA), the transfer is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

6. Retention

We keep contact form correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up business relationship, and no longer than 3 years after the last contact. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings (up to 14 months). Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

8. Final provisions

Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to respond to your inquiry. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling producing legal effects. We may update this policy — the current version is always available at this address.
