A German B2B startup

Machine manufacturers needed branded customer portals. We built one platform where every client gets their own look — on a single codebase.

The mess we walked into

A B2B startup digitizing after-sales support for machine manufacturers had outgrown off-the-shelf software. Every manufacturer portal looked the same, which hurt their clients' brands — and asset management, e-commerce, customer service and monitoring lived in separate tools that didn't talk to each other.

What we did

  • Built a new web platform combining asset management, e-commerce, service and monitoring
  • Theming and customization engine — each manufacturer gets a portal in their own brand
  • Open, API-first architecture for external integrations
  • One codebase serving all clients instead of per-client forks
